The Topsoil
Culinary Garden
We're currently installing a full culinary garden for Topsoil Kitchen & Market — the Upstate's premier farm-to-table destination. Watch the beds take shape, the soil get built, and the first harvests come in — in real time on Instagram.
Our Approach
Designed around your soil,
your site, your table.
Culinary Focus
Every garden is designed around what you actually want to grow, cook, and eat — flavor-forward varieties, chef-preferred herbs, succession planting for continuous harvest all season. Beautiful enough to photograph. Productive enough to feed you.
Recognized Expertise
2019 Urban Conservationist of the Year — Greenville County Soil & Water Conservation District. Over a decade of regenerative farm experience and custom culinary garden installations across the Upstate.
Beauty Backed by Science
Most gardens are built by landscapers who've never farmed, or farmers who've never designed. A background in landscaping, construction, environmental science, and regenerative agriculture means yours gets all of it — visually stunning by design, genuinely productive by knowledge, and built on soil that actually works.
Horseshoe Farm
Travelers Rest, SC
Our 20-acre regenerative farm is the backbone of every garden we install. By summer, we'll be supplying vegetable, herb, and pollinator-attractant transplants straight to your garden. And we're actively expanding the operation well beyond that.
-
Nursery & Transplant Production Available Summer 2026
Vegetable, herb, and pollinator/beneficial-attractant starts grown regeneratively on-farm — the same plants that go into every installation we build.
-
Composting & Soil Amendments Expanding
Transitioning toward a commercial-scale composting and custom soil amendment operation — because what goes into your beds starts with what we build in ours.
-
Timber Milling In Development
Working toward on-farm timber milling for custom raised bed materials and structural elements — from our land to your garden, start to finish.
-
Regenerative Model
Everything cycles back. Closed-loop farming practices that make every installation more resilient, more productive, and better for the land it grows on.
